We have enjoyed staying here. The people are nice and willing to help you. The room is big and nice and the food very good and varied. The pools are The hotel is in a beatiful place. For sure we come again
This was an amazing experience, the rooms were really nice and new, the beds were really comfortable and the batroom was nice. There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom but thats the only bad thing about the rooms. The breakfast and dinner were ok but you did need to pay if you wanted drinks with ur food even if u paid for all inclusive. The pools were really nice and i loved the saunas and that there were multiple different kinds of saunas. The staff was also good. The hotel is far from the city and there is not really anything to do if u dont have a car, but the nature around the hotel was really good. The hotel was nice and u will not regret coming here.
Unfortunately even 1 star is way too much for this horrible place whose loud music is being played all night long (until 5 am) in the Balkan mountain spoiling the vacation of the nearby hotels but also of its own visitors. The mountain is a place to relax and not a place to party all night long. Stay away from this hotel.
