Alfons Boutique Hotel

We are arrived in Prague from Amsterdam at 5:30am. After spending a few ours walking some of the busier tourist routes, we headed over the hotel at 8:00am to see if we could leave our bags. Which we could. But the bonus was the receptionist took our number and said they would call when our room was ready. About 90 minutes later it was ❤️. Very thankful for this as we could have a quick name before heading out. When we picked up our keys, we were given a map which had a few recommendations for food and exploring. The room was beautiful and quiet, bed was big and comfy. We had an issue with one of the key cards and weren’t able to enter our room. But we rang the emergency number and within 5 minutes someone was with us to help. Excellent service and experience all round. Wish we could have stayed longer, but are taking part in a Lupine Racing event and need to be in another city for a check point! Oh to add, we also booked the room on booking.com two nights before we arrived.

I believe this is one of the finest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were exceptionally helpful. when I mistakenly booked a non-refundable room for the wrong date, they kindly resolved the issue and made the necessary arrangements. The rooms are outstanding, featuring high ceilings and generous space, creating an incredibly comfortable atmosphere. After days of long travel, sinking into the bed felt like pure bliss. Super quiet rooms too. Nevertheless, the breakfast is very tasty too!! Lots of options and it changes items everyday, much appreciated with these details. Good location, easy access to public transportation and not as crowded as the old town. Super safe area.

Really nice hotel that is just minutes away to the nearest tram station. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. However, parking is quite a challenge since there is only a few parking lots that are most likely occupied by other guests' cars. Apart from that, I had an extremely pleasant stay at this hotel.
