Again, a fantastic Travelodge with very friendly staff! Room was so spacious & super clean....bed beyond comfortable! We had a beautiful couple of large pump soaps in bathroom which was really helpful. Their was a large Burger King situated on the ground floor, a bit surreal but good to have! A lovely stay.
In room 44 on the 7 July 2025. It is perfect clean and immaculate. Parking is just outside. Don't believe any bad reviews they are rubbish. I have stayed in 5 star hotels as well and for the money this is excellent.
Absolute shambles - hotel under reconstruction with no warning given or chance to change booking - workman, dust, noise, alarms being tested and clutter in the corridors - health and safety for guests non existent - breakfast comes in a box with nothing tasty or nutritional - cheapest coffee and tea facilities in the room and only enough for one drink of each. No phone or any way of contacting staff if needed. One plus - the staff were wonderful and couldn’t have been nicer or more apologetic and working under immense pressure but the rest !!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
