I DO NOT RECOMMEND- worst hotel i have ever been to almost turned our holiday into a living hell…we had to check out 1. NOT A FIVE STAR dont be fooled 2star at best-possibly got a five star because of the golf course pools etc but zero quality 2. FOOD QUALITY IS EXTREMELY POOR and the main restaurant is manic (felt like a crazy circus, plates being scrapped soo loudly) had a cocktail that tasted like medicine…wine was basically jet fuel 3.POOR SERVICE-STAFF ARE VERY UNAPPROACHABLE its almost like they dont want to be there…esp the guest relations manager, they dont seem to take critism and feedback well 4.THE ARCHTECTURE OF THE BUILDING SO WEIRD AND HAS WEIRD DARK CORNERS AND POOR LIGHTING 5. NOT COUPLE FRIENDLY. The hotel is mainly for families they have a full kindergarten going on in there you cant relax neither are there quiet spaces to go to Summary If you want quality,relaxation and are a couple go somewhere else Its all quantity and zero quality
We stayed there as a family for 3-4 nights. The breakfast is very good. Room is very big. One negative point: The hotel has advertised (or shown on Google) that they have a kids club but when we were there the week after Easter we were told that the kids club is closed and we can go to the neighbor hotel for kids club, which is very disappointing because one of the criteria I book a hotel is a kids club. The neighbor hotel has a kids club but there is no kids supervision so parents must stay with them.
Rooms are very large and spacious. Very good price for a 5 star hotel. Good parking space for cars, very good breakfast options (not the same options every day). The staff was friendly at reception. You have to pay for the indoor pool/spa. I wish it was open later than 8pm especially since we are paying for it per person. The “hot tub” was actually colder than the actual pool. The beach is walkable, but it’s definitely more than 10 mins away which is what we were told by reception. We missed sunset because of the timing it took to walk there. Second day we drove there. Overall I do recommend this hotel especially for the price. We didn’t eat dinner there (buffet was 32 euros per person). There are lots of other restaurants nearby.
