This was a great vacation overall for me and my family. The resort is huge, it has a lots of activities during the day and night, you are never bored or hungry 😅 The food quality is at the top of all the hotels that I have been, with a lot of choices. The gelato is pure gold. Everything is so clean, and the employees are very friendly. The aqua park was amazing. Large place with a lots of fun on the water. The night shows were also amazing. I was stunned from the impression of Michael Jackson. And there are negative sides for me here: 1. The fitness is 8 euros per day(first time in any hotel the fitness is not free of charge- big minus for the price that you are paying for the accommodation);2. The rooms (standard room) are very old and there are no shampoo- only soap; 3. There is a very anxious guy at the archery place, where he keeps getting nervous if you don’t hold the bow right.
Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the check-in experience during my recent stay at your hotel. This is not my first time at your establishment — I have stayed here before and had a wonderful experience, which is why I chose to return this time with my children. Unfortunately, this visit began on a negative note. We arrived at the hotel early and fully understood that the standard check-in time is 14:00. However, the experience we had was far from acceptable. When I approached the reception, I was told to wait 10 minutes. After returning, I was asked to wait another 15 minutes because the room was not yet ready. This cycle repeated multiple times, and ultimately we were not checked in until after 15:00. Traveling with children is already challenging, and after a long journey, the last thing we expected was to be left waiting without clear communication or resolution. What’s worse, I had to raise my voice and speak very firmly before we were finally given our room. I found this situation extremely stressful and unprofessional. I would like an explanation as to why the check-in did not happen at the scheduled time and why it took persistent demands on my part to receive the service we were entitled to. As a returning guest, I truly hoped for a better beginning to our vacation. I trust that you will take this feedback seriously and implement measures to ensure a smoother and more respectful check-in process for future guests.
I‘ve stayed in 5 star hotels all over the world, and normally do not write reviews. However, this time I want to because this hotel does not deserve 5 stars at all. Pool hygiene is terrible, our kids got a stomach flu on the second day, from the fecal bacteria in the pool. There was even poop on the floor at the beach shower. Poop was also floating on the sea. Disgusting. Guest requests are not taken seriously unless they receive a reclamation. Towel girl doesn’t greet back and when asked why, she sassily yells that she doesn’t want to greet back. I have never experienced this before, not 5 stars at all, 4 stars at max.
