I went here back in January changing my review from August from 3 stars to 5 stars due to the guy named Emirhan. I personally think summer is a very busy month and they can't always be there for what you need. He was great at servicing my needs and acted in professional matters. I would like to thank him for bringing a blanket in the middle of the night. I would recommend this place highly and a little advice to the management for ( please update your restrooms and the bar).
The view of the hotel is wonderful, the service is excellent, a quiet and beautiful location for the holiday
I have never been to this hotel, we planned to go and we booked a room. On the day of our departure, they called the day of the reservation and said that the reservation was cancelled, leaving us nowhere to go.
