We love this hotel a lot. The rooms are spacious. The bathroom is gorgeous. No bathtub but that’s fine. Service is fantastic. Quiet and private (the weekend we came). Free keropok and coffee at each level. We even were offered a baby crib so we didn’t have to carry ours from the car. (Was not aware they provided it). Cons are taking 3 lifts from room to parking. The area is very quiet and I don’t recommend traveling alone at night through the area. Other than that it is one of our favourite hotels.

The hotel is in a good location, accessible by LRT. The walkway from train station to the hotel is roofed. The room is clean and quiet. A coffee machine is provided on every floor. I love bathroom amenity especially shower cream, smell a ginger. Staff is very helpful and friendly .

Beautiful rooms and friendly staff. I can’t say that the stay was necessarily comparable to other 5* hotels I’ve stayed at however. To get to your room you must first take an elevator to the 41st floor, then transfer to another lift and go down to your room floor. This is a little tedious and time consuming. I didn’t eat at the restaurants, but the breakfast was good, again, not comparable to other 5* hotels I’ve stayed at. Overall, nice stay, but somewhat dissapointing for a 5*.
