A Truly Memorable Anniversary Stay at Alila – Beyond Expectations! Celebrated our anniversary at Alila, and I must say—it was an experience to cherish for a lifetime. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was nothing short of exceptional. Every detail, from the warm welcome to the personalized care, reflected genuine thoughtfulness. The property itself is a masterpiece—serene, luxurious, and tastefully designed to offer both comfort and elegance. But what truly elevated our experience was the staff. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made us feel incredibly special. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Alila team for making our celebration unforgettable. Hyatt, you’ve set a new benchmark for hospitality!
Khamma ghani We came here for staycation and had a memorable experience. The staff are highly trained and the service they provide with personal touch is commendable. Mr pankaj , Bimla and the manager of Manduvan restaurant are someone to give a huge shoutout for as Mr pankaj’s recommendations are not to be missed. Bimla’s all hands service like i was in contact with her almost all my time there and she made sure that we dont miss a thing and the knowledge about the property was shared by the manager and all of them just greeted us with huge smile and warmth. Food is finger licking good specially the rajasthani dishes we had which was papad panner with papad paratha. Definitely visiting the place more than once and thankyou everyone for making it amazing for us and Hyatt- you did a wonderful job by giving us alila which is worth every penny spent.
From heritage hotel perspective it's a perfect one. The architect, have been untouched hence very confusing at times. As rooms stairs may lead you somewhere else at times. Room was also spacious but a bit of stairs made it hard to move with in. Especially if you are a tall person. Overall experience is good.
