Alisa Hotel North Ridge

The hotel was very exquisite and clean at all times. All the staff were very kind, no matter the concern or inconvenience. Dennis, in particular, went out of his way to make sure that myself and my roommate had a great first time experience here in Accra. The best part is that we were walking distance from all the major stores and street vendors. I highly recommend Alisa Hotels and I would revisit in the future. Much love from the USA!

10 stars! I stayed here with my husband and my 3 month old baby and they made sure our trip was a good one - they have baby cots, they have baby bath tubs on request too. Baby-friendliness aside, the breakfast buffet is very good, the staff are all quite courteous, and the rooms are decent. We forgot breastmilk in the freezer compartment of the fridge, remembered while at the airport, contacted the hotel and they sent us the milk! Imagine that.

We had a great stay at Alisa Hotels North Ridge. The staff were all incredibly welcoming, caring, and always approachable. Airport pickup was smooth with their airport lounge, and it was convenient to have a money changer and SIM service right at the hotel. We felt safe and well taken care of the whole time. Special thanks to Leslie for all the help with tech, and to Hillary, Donne, and George for all their support. The rooms were comfortable, and when I had an issue with the AC, they helped me switch rooms right away. Truly grateful for the hospitality!
