Alisei Palace Hotel

I liked this hotel. The staff are helpful caring and friendly. The breakfast was very good and the coffee from the machine was good. The room was large clean and well appointed. I would go again. It's about a 45 minute walk to the uninspiring old town centre or number 11 bus. I'm here out of season but I can see it is all about the beach. I can imagine it gets really busy in summer.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast adequate but not exceptional. Parking is limited and tight to maneuver but we got an excellent spot for our stay. Not a 4 star hotel but then again I’ve stayed in many 3/4 star hotels in Italy and surprised and sometimes shocked by the variance in quality and standard for 4 star hotel. I would rate it a 3.5 star hotel. It’s clean, bathroom modern, rooms bright with big windows. Although the walls were a little dirty and scuffed. Skirting boards were falling off on 3 walls. So lacked a little bit of maintenance but not nothing really bad. Cleaning service good. Location is all about the beach nothing else. Cost is competitive and overall worth a stay.

Very nice hotel from the outside, good location, a lot of restaurants around it. Roms are nice, a small table on a balcony would be nice, but when it comes to the bathroom we have a problem, toilete and the bide is so close together, that you need some acrobatics skills to use a toilete. The cushion is hard almost as a car tyre, and they are putting too much attention on table arrangement, an less on empty food trays at the breakfast.
