From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was impressed by the beautiful and welcoming lobby—it really set the tone for the rest of my stay. The check-in process was incredibly smooth and efficient. Amanda at the front desk was especially outstanding—super friendly, professional, and accommodating. She made sure everything was just right and went out of her way to make me feel welcome. A great start to what looks like a fantastic stay. Highly recommend!

I stayed at this hotel from June 2 to June 8. It was everything I needed: the location of the hotel is excellent, incredibly close to Times Square and several subway stops; the receptionists were very polite and able to convey great confidence. The room had everything I needed: cleanliness, comfortable bed and equally clean and working bathroom. For my dream trip to the city I always wanted, I couldn't have asked for better!

The hotel was quite beautiful; however, there were several issues during our stay. The shower handle was broken, making it difficult to control the water, and the bed’s light strip could not be turned off, so we had to sleep with it on (not the ceiling light, but the LED lights around the headboard). Room cleaning left much to be desired : there was dust, and the towels had stains (possibly makeup). Another downside was the reception service, which depended a lot on who you spoke to. Some staff members were quite unfriendly, barely responding to questions. For example, we had to ask twice for information about the concierge service. Additionally, the elevator also goes to the rooftop bar, which is open to non-hotel guests, so it’s not uncommon to wait a long time to get back to your room. On the positive side, the hotel is in an excellent location : just two streets away from Times Square, about a five-minute walk, with plenty of amenities nearby. The subway and the bus stop to the airport are also very close. As for the neighborhood, it’s a great area overall, but like anywhere in New York, the street atmosphere changes in the evening, and you might encounter a few unpleasant individuals (one guy followed us inside the hotel).
