AMAZING STAY! We stayed 3 nights and absolutely loved it! The place is super clean, smells amazing everywhere, and the jacuzzi is fantastic. The area is quiet and perfect for relaxing. The lady at the reception was so kind and helpful — she assisted us with everything we needed. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with great choices every day. Highly recommend — we had a wonderful time! 💛
This hotel was a real surprise to us. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The mattress and pillows were the most comfortable of any bed we've slept on in Sicily - or all of Italy for that matter. We loved the hot tub and the magic hands of Stella!
We booked this hotel especially for its hottub / jacuzzi facilities. On the booking website we asked if we could have the jacuzzi on 38 degrees. And later on we received confirmation that this special request was accepted without any extra cost. As we arrived at the reception they told us they send a different message: that the jacuzzi was 10 degrees and wasn’t heated during the winter. There are was another jacuzzi in the spa, but this was only available if we booked a spa session. This would cost us an extra 40 euro’s per person for 40 minutes of jacuzzi! Also the manager told us that the website didn’t mention that the jacuzzi was heated. Which is funny because it literally stated ‘hot tub / jacuzzi’. It became a bit of an argument where we asked if we could have a free session in the other jacuzzi instead. The manager wasn’t giving anything away but a discount (20%) on the spa. We decided to book a massage instead. On the intake form there was an option to select the intensity of the massage where I put in ‘deep’, the strongest option. Unfortunately the massage was by far the most soft massage Ive had so far.. quite the disappointment too. The superior suite has a queen size bed and a sleeping couch if your with 2 or more. The sleeping couch has a really thin matras (10cm) so my nights rest wasn’t good aswel. The breakfast in the morning was fine, nothing extraordinary (or superb as booking stated). Definitely not a place I’d recommend.
