Wonderful place with amazing Italian food. We experienced awesome service and a small, boutique hotel feel. We were treated as special guests and enjoyed the location, the grilled squid and the welcoming passion-pina welcome juice drink. Quietest place we stayed during our 10 day trip. We never saw a pool, but spent most of our time exploring parks and beaches nearby.

Good service, clean rooms, AC worked well, no bottled water in the rooms - each floor had a large water bottle dispenser. The included breakfast was good. Beds are firm. No parking at the hotel, there was a parking lot about a block away.

We went here for dinner and breakfast. I'll start by saying that for dinner we ordered a pizza that was really good. The pizzaiolo brought us the pizzas, cleaned the table, and everything. The waitress was not that attentive. Nonetheless, the experience was pretty okay. Now, we went there the next morning for breakfast. Not only they gave us the wrong order (I ordered a healthy breakfast and they gave me an American one), but on top of that, they were telling me that I was wrong. I asked the waitress to please bring the menu again to see how wrong I was, and then she kept saying that the bacon wasn't actual bacon but cooked mozzarella instead. On top of that, we ordered a salad, and she told us that it came with a side dish, we complied and ordered grilled veggies. Then, when they gave us the check, they were also charging us for that. After lengthy discussions, we managed to pay for what we ordered at the beginning. My advice, there are several cafes around, save yourself a headache and eat elsewhere.
