Nice hotel
Great Paradise!!!!
DON’T BOOK THIS!!!! It is a sham, we booked this for August 2018 and when we arrived after a 6 hour drive from the airport it was completely deserted, a GHOST TOWN!!! We had to drive to Tulum after in the dark, very dangerous. Despite confirmation via email and phone prior to booking and arrival, there was nobody at the hotel, no staff nor guests. No compensation received from the hotel group at all after we complained Please be warned!
