Alla Gondola Hotel & SPA Tirana

This hotel was absolutely great! Everyone – and I mean everyone – was incredibly friendly and helpful. Nothing was ever a problem. Seriously, the staff here deserve special mention. The rooms were modern, huge, and super comfortable, including a spacious bathroom. We also really appreciated the little extras – like room service, iced coffee, and a taxi arranged for us at a very fair price. Breakfast was on the simpler side, but if you're only staying two days (and let's be honest, that’s probably the max anyone needs in Tirana 😄), it does the job just fine. Highly recommend – especially because of the people who make the place feel so welcoming.

Amazing hotel in a very good area in Tirana. After a long search we found this beautiful hotel online. Via e-mail we got in touch with Gisela directly and were able to make the reservations. Our expectations were only met. The rooms are wonderfully large, neat with wonderful beds. The finish of this modern hotel is of a high standard. And the service of the employees is insanely good. We have come to rest well, our first experiences in Albania were partly because of this hotel very positive. The hotel deserves up to 10 stars and many other hotels in the world can take an example from Moncafe Boutique Hotel. Gisela thank you very much for the pleasant communication and until next time.

Your dedication and efforts in providing assistance and fulfilling needs around the clock are truly appreciated. I spent 10 days here and even added an extra room during my stay, which shows how comfortable and satisfied I was with the experience.
