Our stay at Aladdin Hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed and well taken care of. The entire staff was friendly and attentive, but a special shoutout goes to Manager Khamis, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help with anything we needed truly made a difference. He was always there with a smile, ensuring that we were comfortable and happy at all times. One thing that stood out was how much the team cared about our well-being. When we got a bad sunburn, they provided us with fresh aloe vera, which was such a thoughtful touch. Every morning, we were warmly greeted and asked if everything was okay, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. The hotel itself was spotless, with daily thorough cleaning, a relaxing pool area, and an excellent breakfast buffet. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing vacation. A huge thank you to Khamis and the entire Aladdin Hotel team – your hospitality made our trip truly special! A delightful stay. Nice rooms with superb views, crisp white linen, good food and very attentive staff. Nice pool. Superb beach frontage. Thanks to Martin and his friendly helpful staff!
Very poor management. Let's touts roam around free INSIDE the venue, straight out aggressively harassing customers, I had to escalate for it stop. Manager denied any responsibility. Literally letting this fake "massai" tout back in with his ridiculous stick, half naked, harrasing people, pretending to be "security". Even 0 stars guest houses shield tourists from them and don't let them inside or tell them to not approach. As for the restaurant- super small portions for the price paid. Plus, you pay for "ice cream topped with nuts" on the menu but you don't get any toppings. Stuff also barley understands English.
