We had the most wonderful overnight stay at the Allegria Hotel in Long Beach! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for—especially Jeanette at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. A special thank you as well to Geraldine, who set us up so nicely and made it possible for us to enjoy all the amenities seamlessly. The rooftop bar and pool area were absolutely gorgeous, with stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere—perfect for unwinding. The restaurant is beautiful and inviting, with an elegant ambiance that made the evening feel special. Our room was spotless, with a super clean and fresh feel, and the view of the ocean was simply breathtaking. It was such a relaxing getaway, and I know I’ll remember it for a long time. I can’t wait to go back !!
Lovely one night stay in an ocean-view room! Marsha was so kind and accommodating, helping us get a later checkout time because of a time clash. The services from the rest of the staff is also wonderful! They're very kind and helpful. Location was amazing too! The only caveat is that our room itself was a quite dusty, and the sink/faucet is really weird and tries to splatter on you as much as possible...
Starting with the good: 1. Most of the staff were very nice and the 2. room are generous in size. 3. Perfect location for a Beach vacation 4. They give you Beach passes and chairs for free. Now to the rest of it: 1. The restaurant was mediocre at best and it took at least an hour to get a simple meal, which often came out cold. 2. When we checked in the room the bathtub was dirty. 3. I feel like a place like this should have more than two elevators as we spent a long time waiting for the slow elevator. 4. The pool on the rooftop which has a stunning view was filthy. 5. Our room was supposed to be ready "any moment" which turned out to be 6 hours 6. There is some type of miscommunication between the different staff members and it's very hard to understand what is really going on. 7. Couldn't figure out how to use the AC and couldn't get someone from the staff to help with it either (it was 90°) Like I said, the location of this hotel is perfect so if you are willing to lower your expectations about the place itself I'd recommend it.
