Wonderful building with smart architectural and design additions, located in the center of the old city. Positive attitude and smiles from every staff members made this experience even better. Nice selection of wines (bottles and glasses). Felt warm and cozy even in harsh February climate. Hotel parking, strong internet.

This is a 2-star Hotel disguising itself as a 4-star Restaurant, hiding behind it's admittedly very fancy looking entry and centre room. The room we were given was unclean, the toilet stained beyond belief, the shower broken and leaking, as well as unable to turn the showerhead in any way. The curtains did not block out any light at all, and barely even tried to, and each morning I stayed I was woken at 8am by the loud and incessant conversation of the hotel staff across the hallways and across various rooms. There are better options for places to stay for cheaper.

The hotel really shouldn’t be as highly rated as it is. The rooms are very run down, they did not feel clean, the sheets feel grainy from low thread count and from being washed a lot. Even the phone at the front desk is covered in dust. Everything looks a little dated.
