allsun Hotel Kontiki Playa

Highly recommended, I had an amazing stay at All sun Kontiki ,the entire team made the experience special. The waitress were always so kind & welcoming, greeting everyone with warm smiles every day. A big shout out to the 2 young animation boys with full of energy fun &professionalism!they really added a great vibe to the hotel. The location 2 minutes from the see and bus stations ,warm food & fresh fruits is excellent, some rooms is in front of the see ,the room is clean. Thank you for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday -l'll definitely be back.

The location of this hotel is very close to the beach wich is good. Another thing that we liked is the restaurant staff, MOST of them are very nice , they check up on you constantly and you can see they do their best. The restaurant manager is always present. However, there's not always a lot of variety in the food, especially for breakfast. The food is not the best. But more important, the utensils, plates and glasses are very dirty even tho they're 'cleaned'. I hope the hotel sees this and changes their way of cleaning. Its very upsetting. For the rooms, they are very small, theres not a lot of space and you only get 1 'shampoo and bodygel in one' and a hairdryer, no other amenities. The rooms are also very dirty, a lot of stuff is broken too. The elevators, are also VERY dirty, and small, and very hot!! its a pain to be in it with other people. There's no spa or fitness in the hotel, you need to walk to another hotel. Overall this hotel should change their ways if they want to present themselves as 'four stars'.The photos of the hotel are misleading. We are not returning to this hotel or any other Allsun. Worth to note tho, the reception asked how our stay was and if there's anything to improve. There's a specific woman at the receptionist who doesnt speak a lot of english, but is very nice! Also shoutout to the restaurant staff, and dennis for the animations! Luckily We DID see improvements in the hotel throughout our stay. The hotel is mostly german based, they speak mainly spanish and german. The guest are mostly germans, and a few russians and dutch people.

this is definetly not a 4 star hotel. The food of the restaurant can definetly upgrade and all the 'clean' plates are dirty, so are the glasses for drinks!! Its not clean at all. The rooms are tiny, have very few amenities, and no storage space. They are ALSO dirty. The only reason you should come to this hotel is for the nearby beach, wich is walkable. Staff is good.
