Alluring 7bed 5.5bath Pool Home Solterra Resort

Close to all parks, very big and spacious for large groups. Resort area is awesome. Brianna, Melanie, Luis, were super friendly welcoming and helpful. I had the best experience staying at this resort over the weekend. The ambience was great and the staff was amazing, especially Breann at the front desk who was so welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived. She made check-in quick and easy, and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. Her kindness and professionalism really made my stay even better.

Our family rented two houses in this community for a bi-annual family reunion of 54 people. We use the resort amenities occasionally. It was nice to have access to the pool, lazy river, and water slide even though we only used them a couple days during the week. When we arrived on a Saturday, the pool was at capacity but we did not plan on using it that day anyway. It was not at capacity during the weekdays. Melanie at the front desk was polite and efficient. Several of us used the fitness center, which was small but adequate for the number of people who used it. Wishing the pickleball courts and volleyball court were lighted as it was very hot during the day and would like to have used them after dusk. We rented two huge adjacent houses and were very pleased with the accommodations. They both had bowling alleys, game rooms and a pool. We had a few minor maintenance issues at the homes, but the managers were very responsive to our requests. Communication from the management team was excellent both prior to and during our stay! Parking is tough but we managed to stay legally parked with 13 cars for our two houses for the entire week. We would highly recommend!
