Very good location, near the slopes, 0m walking to tha slopes. However no real wifi in the apartments. The apartment was not clean at oir arrival and rhe dishes were not washed despite the dishwasher. They did not repair the wifi and not cleand the apartment. Unfriendly staff.

I dont understand these positive reviews, maybe because they are old. If I could put -100 for this property, i would! Worst experience ever, never ever before were we so shocked and disappointed , as after this stay. On top of the stay price, they charge extra 90 eur for the cleaning, And then- after we checked out, couple of hours later we receive the invoice for 180 eur, saying that apartment was extra dirty! What?! During the stay they provide no cleaning, even once a week, so we were regulatly cleaning it daily ourselves, with mop and broom, as we are used to live in clean. What kind of “dirtyness” are they referring to that could cost extra 180 Eur? And now the best part- we contacted them immediately, asking for explanation , They promised to call back and explain, or send pictures, because this chalet was Clean when we left it. One week they ignore the emails,dont answer the phone, dont call back and we notice today that they simply charged our card for 180 eur. This is simply a scam scheme! I hope this review will warn people not to go there and experience what we had! we have also contacted our lawyers , to make sure they face the legal consequences, this charge is also against the GDPR! If we would damage something, or leave it dirty, as they say, this has to be informed in front of us when you are still there and can discuss, not simply charge somebody’s credit card without consent, for what you have No right! So basically 270 Eur they charged for cleaning! Unbelievable! And the worst is that i was regularly cleaning the apartment, kitchen, i even left chocolate pn the table for the cleaners. Really worst experience ever!

Absolutely disgusting and awful experience with this hotel. Shocking story for me. Something that is hard to believe that they could be doing it to their visitors. On the day of checkout, couple of hours after we left the place, they charged me for extra 180 EUR for some mess and smoke detector alarm which happened NOT IN OUR apartment!!!??? How is it even possible??? After one week of actively chasing them for some explanation WHY, they’re telling me that neighbors which we don’t know, had a huge mess in their apartment and they triggered smoke alarm, I have to pay for it, because they have my payment data. What?????? And their justification was that door was opened between our apartments, which we had no way to open it because it was locked. And the most shocking for me was that basically they admitted over a phone call that it seems not right, but nothing they will do and basically don’t care. I’m disgusted by this place and wish nobody will have such experience like me
