Our first time visiting the area and what an amazing experience overall. The beautiful setting, the mountain view, the well appointed rooms, the exceptional food and service made our stay an unforgettable one. The staff were warm, welcoming, accommodating, helpful, and made us feel like family more than clients. We will definitely come back to stay here and we highly recommend this hotel for your stay in this area.

Excellent hotel! Quite near the lake (you can walk there, but we took our car, it’s a 5 minutes ride) and with a beautiful view of the forest and mountains from our room, the swimming pool area and the dining terrace, it’s indeed gorgeous. The hotel’s decoration is also wonderful. Our room was spacious (the bathroom a little tighter but we had all we needed) and the balcony was also very nice. The pillows we had the first nights were rather slim and soft, but when we asked for firmer pillows, they provided us with two more different ones so that we could choose the best. There’s no AC in the rooms (we weren’t surprised as this is quite normal in many German and Swiss hotels, for environmental reasons), but they provided a fan (it was already inside the wardrobe) that soothed our nights. The restaurant was also top notch. The food was amazing, and abundant! There was breakfast, a light lunch (salads, etc), cakes in the afternoon and a gourmet dinner included every day. We loved everything we tried. The staff was also very welcoming and professional. Only 2 suggestions: the dining room was rather hot, so maybe the AC there could be stronger or have some fans as well, and the menus could all have en English translation (we were provided with one, but since there are no fix tables, the staff couldn’t really predict where we would be sitting, so most of the times we had to use Google Translate if our menu was only in German). The swimming pool was also enjoyable as it was very hot during our stay in August and we wanted to relax between day trips. Overall, excellent hotel and we would gladly come back! Incredible experience. The BEST accommodation, service, drinks and food!! They went above and beyond to make our stay here magical and the rooms were gorgeous and the pools were perfect! We felt like Kings and Queens. The views are breathtaking the sense of relaxation is brought to you upon your arrival we loved this wellness resort thank you for making our anniversary special we will be coming back again!
