I had a wonderful experience during my two-day weekend stay. The room was spotless, the service was excellent, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly. I requested additional kitchenware as I was hosting guests for fireworks night, and everything was delivered promptly and accurately. Last but not least, the ocean view of English Bay from the high floor was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend!
Is a lovely hotel, fantastic staff and outdoor pool. And location is perfect, loved Davie (and 10% 0ff in Trees!). But the suites are really not suitable for someone sleeping on the sofa bed - no air conditioning in main room, only in bedroom. Also when sofa bed up this makes room extremely small. Hotel did supply a fan, but even then was far too hot, and only 20° days. Bathroom lovely but also roasting hot. Also balcony extremely dangerous for any children. But perfect if only staying as a couple!
Room was great! Very comfy! Service at front made our stay even easier and smoother. Teresa helped us get our room early for check in and was more than happy to help us with random last second issues. Thank you Teresa!
