Alma San Juan

Stayed here a few times and it just keeps getting better and better! The rooms are so fresh and clean, with such incredible amenities. Housekeeping is wonderful, every time we stay they are very attentive. Don’t forget to check out the lobby restaurant and the rooftop restaurants the food, service and views and incredible!

Such a beautiful place! The rooms and view are spectacular, the service is so friendly! The first thing you see when you go to Old San Juan is this hotel and it’s remarkable. Will be coming back next year!

The hotel design and rooftop are designed beautifully. It felt very modern yet aligned with the style of old San Juan. Staff was efficient and helpful, and while the common areas felt tight (except for the rooftop) the room was surprisingly spacious. The room and bathroom were impressively clean. Our only concern was the front desk area which including the seating and bathroom were a little dirty upon arrival. Lastly, the room felt a little moist so some anti moisture strategies might help. But you cannot beat the location- it was amazing and worth a night or two.
