Weve been staying here for 3 nights and for that 3 nights we are so delightful,treated and very comfortable! The room are so spacious, the sorrounding are clean, Serving breakfast is amazing and moat especially the staff are so friendly though there is a langiage barrier but they do their best to understand us. Thank you so much for that wonderful experience at your hotel, me and my husband are so grateful for your kindness and service thru out our stay. Hope to see you again guys inshallah!

It was a failed experience. We asked for a cabin and they gave us a room that looked like a basement in front of the laundry room. It was hard to breathe in the room because it was in the basement. Of course, the room had no windows, the boiler was bad, the heater was broken, and there was no air conditioning. It was a failed experience in every sense of the word. We couldn't stay in it because they didn't change the room, claiming that this was what was available.

These 2 stars only putting for garden and play area inside for kids I have bad experience with there restaurant inside the hotel not good breakfast that they mention in this price we experience in Gabala other hotel give very luxurious level of breakfast even if something finish we ask them they simply said it’s finish don’t know much English in morning even they charge me 6 manat for jam ( Muraba) really not good we Oder some food in night from them while walking out they give us food with full of salt we tell them it’s too much salt bitter kind of even my husband have high blood pressure they said we can’t change you need to pay for this and if you want less salt we can make if you gonna pay for that too means we need to pay twice after waiting 20 min and this happened then we simply leave not to eat and there manager said you need to pay for that we paid but not eat because of bitter or too much salt where ever we visit if food not good they change or offer some other option but not here villa was fine but there is no telephone to connect to the reception if you need anything you need to visit all the way to reception everytime One more thing WiFi issue what I mention to the receptionist they simply answered it’s like this we can’t do anything WiFi was very very weak means you can’t watch even TikTok or YouTube video what’s app sometime get disconnected not good WiFi they should improve this and put telecom in villa so customers can speak with them about any issue staff of restaurant not able to understand English much so you can’t find any solution we give up and give them money can’t do argue because they are not ready to accept that food is full of salt it’s good madam it’s fine it’s ok that’s it they force us to have same salted meal or we pay and leave and we book from booking.com and pay more that 1700 dirham for 2 night only ( more than a luxury hotel but not worth it ) pool water also cold we ask them before they said it’s hot when we are about to use water was cold we ask them about it again answer it’s like this we can’t do anything
