Almadraba Park Hotel

This is an under rated hotel. The location and excellent service from all the staff, make up for the rooms, that just need some upgrade. The rooms are comfortable and very functional, but could do with a face lift. The bars and restaurants are manned by very friendly and professional staff and the pool and facilities are great. The views are amazing, and the proximity to the beach makes this hotel an excellent place to relax and unwind.

We are so incredibly grateful for our stay at Almadraba Hotel. Everything about our experience was exceptional—from the breathtaking views to the peaceful atmosphere and thoughtful details throughout the property. A very special thank you to Iván, whose kindness and attentiveness truly made our stay unforgettable. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, cared for, and at home. It’s rare to meet someone who brings so much warmth and presence to their work, and we’ll always remember his energy. We loved everything and can’t wait to come back again. We love this hotel and have been coming for many years. This year we were very disappointed in the restaurant - the lovely changing set menu has been replaced by a tasting menu and a new a la carte menu. We ate from the latter and it was very uneven quality and the service was poor. In particular the wine list was on a mobile device and was incomprehensible - there was no sommelier to guide one through nor did anyone really care. For the following nights we ate elsewhere and were grateful that the first restaurant on the beach was much improved and had a winelist one could read. It is the best location and a very well designed hotel but overall food disappointing and service was poor. Lack of competence and warmth - both available in other, nearby locations.
