I had a wonderful stay here! The location is unbeatable—close to the metro, train station, and within easy walking distance to so many great spots in the city. Even better, the hotel is located at the bottom of the hill, so after a long day out exploring, you're always walking downhill to get back—a huge relief in Lisbon! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and everything was spotlessly clean. One quirky and charming detail I loved: they use real keys, which you leave at the front desk each time you head out. It’s a small thing, but it was great not having to worry about losing a key while out enjoying the city. The welcome tea was such a thoughtful touch and set the tone for a lovely stay. I would definitely come back and stay again!

We had an amazing stay here. The hotel was beautiful and great location to walk to all the sites and neighborhoods in Lisbon. Our room was large and overlooked a beautiful square. The rooms were so nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable. The hotel is quiet at night despite being located right on the square. A nice breakfast with many options is also included. The attention to detail and service was above and beyond. To top this all off we returned to our room after a nice dinner to a bottle of champagne and lovely desserts. A must stay when you are in Lisbon.

We stayed here for a week in late January. Great time to visit Lisbon! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the moment that we arrived through the time we departed. Breakfast every morning was excellent. Our room (junior suite) was very comfortable and quiet. The location in Lisbon was very convenient for the many things that we did to explore Lisbon and the surrounding area during our stay. We also had dinner in the restaurant one night and enjoyed our meals. We highly recommend this hotel to those looking for a small, central location to visit central Lisbon.
