Almanac Palais Vienna

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The service at the restaurant was great, the staff were very friendly and the facilities were excellent. We particularly enjoyed the design and attention to detail of the pool and saunas. The pool is two stories high and dug into the basement. We are staying at big historical hotels in Prague and Munich, but we are glad we chose to try a smaller boutique hotel in Vienna as contrast. It is the sister hotel at the Almanac Barcelona, which we staying in a year ago. Exploring the hotel, we found some of the original, historic rooms which are so interesting to see. I love how the owners preserved some of the history while modernising the building. We wish you all the best in future success for the boutique brand the local owners are building. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Absolutely outstanding stay! From the warm welcome at check-in to the elegant design and top-notch service, everything exceeded expectations. My room was stylish, and very quiet – perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the rain shower added a touch of luxury. The hotel also features a small but elegant spa. Breakfast was fantastic: fresh local ingredients, beautifully presented. The location is ideal – central yet peaceful, within walking distance of many main attractions. A perfect blend of modern luxury and historic charm. I will definitely be back!

A superb hotel. 😊 Five star from beginning to end. Service was wonderful. The bed is incredible (need those sheets! 😅). If I had one complaint it would be a wish for more privacy in the bathroom as both the toilet door and bathroom door are transparent.
