Almare a Luxury Collection Resort Isla Mujeres Cancun Adult All Inclusive

We had an amazing stay at Almare Resort in Isla Mujeres. The food is outstanding, the service is top-notch, and because it’s a very small and intimate place, it feels especially well-suited for couples 40+. The rooms are luxurious and beautifully designed, and the staff go above and beyond to make your experience memorable. The only challenge is that it can be a little difficult to figure out where everything is, since no tour is given upon arrival. The rooms are high-end and quite tech-forward, so learning the lighting, layout, and features takes a little time. I think a welcome video walking guests through the resort and the room setup would be really helpful. That said, this is absolutely a 5/5 experience. From the boat ride over to the quality of the food, service, and ambiance, everything exceeded expectations. Highly recommended!

Editing a previous review, I was not real happy with a room upgrade, that had a less than offered ocean view. However, the rest of our stay was so spectacular, the room view hardly mattered. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish it was longer. This is one of the only resorts in Cancun, or anywhere in Mexico, where you are able to swim in the surf without the dreaded Sargassum seaweed! Staff exceeded all expectations, a special shout out to Karen at the Beach bar. Always had a drink in our hand! Tranquil, classy, relaxing. Thank you Almare!

Honest review here, been a long time marriott user. Almare fell short of expectations with the price point its at. Pros: the staff are super super welcoming and nice, one on one service where they take u to the room which no other hotel we visited in cancun did. the lobby is luxurious and the sea is absolutely stunning. We visited two all inclusive resort and this one has the most items in the mini fridge and snacks in the drawer. now comes the bad/area of improvements: there aren't a lot of eating options, most of the time only 1 restaurant opens for service so ur stuck with wtv is open, the whole resort has only 3 restaurants and in my opinion room service taste and portion wise is better than the 3. Beach area there isnt any staff so u have to find ur own towel and walk to the bar for drinks. Rooms are pretty small and the bath area even smaller. there is not a whole lot of fun activities to do on the resort as well. i think its better suited for those who seeks deep relaxation and peacefulness.
