A Wonderful Stay – Truly Memorable! From the moment we arrived, our experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The amenities are absolutely fantastic – everything has been thoughtfully designed to ensure a luxurious and comfortable stay. One of the true highlights was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Everyone we encountered was kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Eugenia, whose hospitality was truly outstanding. She was attentive to every little detail, and her genuine care made us feel incredibly welcome and valued. It’s that kind of personalized attention that truly makes a difference and elevates the whole experience. The rooms are enormous, spotlessly clean, and beautifully appointed. The views from our window were breathtaking, and the overall sense of space and comfort made it easy to relax. The bathrobes and slippers were an unexpected treat – soft, cosy, and perfect for winding down after a swim or just lounging around. Speaking of swimming – both the indoor and outdoor pools are fantastic. Whether you're looking for a refreshing morning swim or a relaxing float in the afternoon sun, you’ll be delighted. The indoor pool is particularly peaceful, while the outdoor area is ideal for enjoying the surroundings. Breakfast deserves special mention too – the choices were abundant and every item was delicious. From fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes and excellent coffee, it was a perfect start to each day. A big thank you as well to Facundo, who made sure everything ran smoothly and added to the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. His professionalism and warmth didn’t go unnoticed. Overall, this was an unforgettable stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, elegance, and exceptional service. Can’t wait to return! Cristina and Mario.
I will definitely stay here again! The pros: - Easy check in - Clean rooms - Excellent value for money. included in the price are two pools (one outdoor, and one indoor with hydro massage jets), two saunas, a large and well-equipped gym - The room service was affordable, delicious and fast - The receptionist went above and beyond - I loved communicating over WhatsApp for room service instead of a phone (the phones were still being installed) - The bed is huge with comfy pillows and very clean - The rooms are very unique for a hotel and include a balcony - You don't need a room key. It has a key pad on each door - Children under 16 aren't allowed in a lot of the common areas - The building is new so in great shape Points for improvement are very minimal: - It will be even nicer when the restaurant is complete so you have the choice between room service and a restaurant. - The code for the doors was a bit long to remember. A 4 digit code would work better for me personally - A bar set up or being allowed to consume alcohol in select common areas would be great (but not necessary and I see why they don't do this)
From the moment we arrived until our departure, the level of service and overall environment fell far below the standards I expect from the Melia brand. Firstly, it is important to note that this property shares its building with private residents, which significantly impacted our stay. While using the pool, we were approached by security staff who, in an unprofessional and discourteous manner, instructed us to leave. This experience was upsetting and unacceptable, especially considering we are paying guests. Due to these circumstances, we decided to leave the property the very same night. It has now been over three weeks, and I am still waiting for the reimbursement that was promised. Furthermore, I was unaware that the property is located in an unsafe area of Buenos Aires. We arrived at midnight with a child and five pieces of luggage, and neither reception nor security staff offered any assistance while we struggled to unload. It was evident that even the staff were hesitant to step outside, which only heightened our concerns as tourists. We also witnessed distressing scenes in the surrounding area, which reinforced our feeling that this location is not suitable for families. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing and does not reflect the quality or care that the Melia brand is known for.
