This was the best holiday we’ve ever had! The hotel was incredibly dog-friendly, with every detail thoughtfully designed for our furry companions. We loved the special dog gifts and were so grateful for Viktoria’s assistance with our dogs. The location was perfect, with excellent hiking trails and ski slopes nearby. It truly was a fantastic holiday for our whole family!

I will say... SOLID 10/10. 2 people with a 17kg dog? Worth every single day. Food? Amazing. Location? Superb. Service team/cleaning team/reception/activity teams? Excellent. Clean, very friendly, well spoken English, fast service, nothing to complain about, made some doggy friends and human as well. Let's keep collecting passport points on future adventures doing huts!

We have had a very pleasant stay and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. For both breakfast and dinner. In our room we found a nice dog bed, feeding bowls and a toy for my dog. The room was nice and comfortable. The only downside was that we have not been able to get a nice temperature in the room while sleeping. We turned all heating off and opened the window to no avail.
