Superb hotel! We just stayed for 3 nights with family. The welcome was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. The services were excellent, and the breakfast was very comprehensive, with something for everyone, whether sweet or savory. Our room was remarkably clean. The location was excellent, close to the center. We would definitely return.

As frequent travelers and wanting to be close to the beach, we chose this hotel. Our assessment of our stay remains relatively very negative. First of all, the reception staff lacks a smile and does not greet customers who pass by the reception. The rooms are poorly soundproofed. We were never able to have a room cleaned completely, systematically either the trash was not changed, or there was a lack of toilet paper or a box of tissues, or the vacuum cleaner was not done, the dust was not done on the bedside tables, or even the cleaning cloth was forgotten in the bathroom. Regarding the maintenance of the bedding, it is indicated on the room sign that it is changed every 3 days, which was not the case. We asked for it to be changed but the reception told us that there was no staff member available and that the bedding would be changed the next day. But above all, the rooms are only cleaned in the afternoon. Our room was free every day but at 4 p.m. it still wasn't made up. Indeed, many guests who were there also complained. Honestly, spending a whole day cleaning a floor and knowing that it's a 3-star hotel, you expect everything to shine and be spotless. Unfortunately, objectively, there are far too many malfunctions in our opinion, little professionalism and little professional involvement in customer satisfaction. We will not return to this hotel.
