Aloft Abu Dhabi

Me and my husband just visited Aloft Hotel for our anniversary celebration and to spend the Eid Holiday staycation aswell. Special thanks to Mr. Emmanuel and his team for arranging the awesome surprise decoration and the complimentary anniversary cake too. Everything was excellent and we would love to visit again. It left us with many stories and great memories. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. The staff are also accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended! Kudos and more power! I had a mostly pleasant stay there, though not without a few drawbacks. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The pool is beautiful, and the gym is well-equipped — both perfect for relaxing or keeping active. The room was spacious and very clean, which I appreciated. On the downside, the hotel's location is in a highly built-up area surrounded by halls and buildings. The view from my room was nothing special — just a huge parking lot. Unfortunately, there was also early morning construction noise that could be heard through the windows, including jackhammer sounds that made it hard to rest. Getting to the city center or the airport takes about 25 minutes by taxi. All in all, a decent experience, but not a place I would return to.

Wifi was not working, we had to wait many hours before it was fixed. There was no hot water in the shower. The room was very cold and air conditioning was not possible to modify/turn off as it automatically went back to a preconfigured setup. Swimming pool is nice. Very few places to go nearby the hotel.
