The room service was impeccable, quick, and always with a smile. And let’s talk about the infinity pool—WOW! 🌊 The view from there was simply breathtaking, a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the city. What truly made my stay stand out, though, were the people. Everyone at the hotel made me feel genuinely welcome. A special shoutout to Shashi Kumar, whose warm demeanor, polite conversations, and helpful insights about exploring Dubai really elevated my experience. His kind gestures and hospitality made me feel like more than just a guest—like family and he's a star there. If you're planning a trip to Dubai and want a stylish, comfortable, and friendly place to stay, I can't recommend Aloft Al Mina enough. This is my third stay at Aloft Al Mina in the last 10 months with my family, and I must say – it keeps getting better! The location is very convenient, close to key attractions and easily accessible. The rooms are clean, modern, and spacious – perfect for a relaxing family stay. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with a wide variety of choices that even my kids enjoyed. Although I haven't used all the other facilities, I noticed many guests happily making use of them – especially the gym and pool, which look great. A special mention to Ali, one of the restaurant staff. During my first visit, we had a minor communication issue, but since then, he has become like a personal assistant and friend to my family and kids. His friendly attitude and helpful nature truly make a difference – thank you, Ali! Without a doubt, I’ll be staying here again on my next visit. Highly recommended for families visiting Dubai!

The hotel stay was simple and beautiful. The staffs were very polite , attentive and humble. The complimentary access for alcohol is a let down & not worth the hype. The 1/2 walnut bar was excellent. The rooms were clean and tidy. Crowd control can be improved at the pool side.
