We stayed for a week while attending a convention in Asuncion. The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast and coffee in the morning was abundant and satisfying. The room was very comfortable and with the shades pulled down I could sleep all day. Great restaurants and shopping in walking distance.
The hotel has modern rooms, everything was perfectly clean. The location looks to be a safe area, there is a nice shopping center next to, you can find good dining options there. The staff was very friendl everyday, the pool and bar are at the rooftop, a great option for nice sunset. The only disappointment is no recognizing or amenities for Bonvoy Status, although they have several post around the hotel promoting the program.
The room was good, well designed with ample space to work and enough outlets to charge devices. The bathroom/ shower is decent size, the water pressure was good, no conditioner is provided. The Coffee in the room is instant coffee not capsule. The breakfast is lacking (missing 1 star) but the staff were all very nice and some made the effort to know you by name. The terrace / pool / gym area is on the T floor with amazing views. I will definitely be back!
