Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral

Wonderful hotel, well located near the NU Sentral mall and station. Staff is very friendly. Views are great. Pool view is especially nice. Rooms are good value. But on the small end though.

The good thing about Aloft are the people. The Staff had been friendly and very nice. Many treated their guests with respect. Thank you as well to the housekeeping man at Level 16 who helped make our stay more comfortable. Physically, the rooms are spacious and soundproofed enough. The beds are also wide so even though not singular beds, double beds are spacious for two. Overall, the room is just comfortable. We were there for conference. Breakfast foods have much varieties, mostly serving local Malaysian food. Lunch wise, there are many Malaysian foods too with many varieties of proteins served. Venue wise, this is very central and so much so, a walk away to many F&B establishments, shopping, pharmacies and etc. Of course, it is right next to the centre hub of trains, buses, and every mode of transport available to various locations across West Malaysia.

Great bar in the hotel, especially: Wan Bar Boy and Prakash - service Exp. otherwise, I had to ask every time to clean the room. There are a lot of people at breakfast, mostly Indian cuisine.. but they make scrambled eggs (always a queue). Great music by the pool!
