This is my fifth time staying at this hotel, and it just keeps getting better. The service is consistently excellent—from the warm welcome at check-in to the thoughtful attention throughout the stay. Special thanks to Sayed at the front desk for going the extra mile and granting me a late check-out. Small gestures like that make a big impact. What stands out the most is how the staff seem to know what you need before you even ask. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction is truly commendable. The hotel is clean, well-kept, and equipped with all the essentials. The pool is perfect for unwinding, the restaurant offers a solid variety of food, and the location is ideal just minutes away from the city center. For the price, the value is unbeatable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and convenience. Can’t wait for my next stay!

This hotel is exactly what you’d expect for the price range — nothing fancy, but clean and organized. My room had a decent bed and working heating. The bathroom was compact but had no issues. Breakfast was served in a small area and included the basics. Staff at the front desk were helpful when asked. Good for a short stay if you don’t need extras.

We arrived around 10:45 PM and found that no luggage assistance was available at that time. While the front desk staff was polite, they weren't particularly helpful. On the other hand, the HOUSEKEEPING service was exceptional and truly deserves special recognition. The location is somewhat remote, away from the main city and main road, with limited dining options nearby. However, Me'aisam City Center is conveniently located just across the street.
