Aloft Palm Jumeirah

I had a wonderful stay at Aloft Palm Jumeirah. The room was modern, clean and very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Check-in and every request I had were handled with very fast service, which made the stay effortless. A special thank you to Mr. Mohamed Said for being extremely helpful and attentive throughout my visit, and to the ladies at reception for their friendly and efficient assistance. Their professionalism really stood out and made a big difference. I highly recommend Aloft Palm Jumeirah and would gladly stay again.

I was thoroughly impressed with Aloft Palm Jumeirah, it exceeded my expectations in many ways. The location is perfect when there with a fantastic view of Dubai (travel to and from takes a bit of time so stay put and relax). I got very kindly upgraded to a sea view room with balcony due to my platinum elite status which was by far the best Aloft bedroom I’ve ever had. Spacious and comfortable at the same time equipped with everything you could need, immaculately clean too. All staff I interacted with were extremely friendly and always happy to help in any way they could, the sign of an excellent management. Great beach facilities just a short walk away and the pool was well maintained and cool in the hot summer sun. Breakfast had a generous selection of high quality items to start the day off well. As stated this hotel really impressed me for an Aloft, I assumed it would be rather basic and just reliant on its location on the palm. This hotel was far more than that though, it was an excellent experience that I can’t wait to go back to visit again!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was big, bright, and had everything we needed, plus a nice balcony with a beautiful sea view. They even upgraded us from a standard room to sea view, which was a lovely surprise. The pool faces the sea, and the private beach is clean and relaxing. They also offer a free 45-minute boat ride around Palm Jumeirah, and the views were amazing. The only thing I didn’t love was the breakfast it could have been better. But for the price we paid, this hotel is a great deal. In Palm Jumeirah, you usually have to pay much more for the same kind of facilities.
