One of the best hotels we stayed at in Korea! The front desk clerks, Martin and Lee were really hospitable and courteous. They really made our stay better with their great attitude and helpful food recommendations. We got a king size room that was spacious and modern, and had everything that we needed. There is a little patio on the first floor and a gym and cafe on the second. We didn’t check out the bar or other amenities since it was a very short stay. The breakfast could have been better though and it’s the only thing that needs improvement. Not much selection and very bland. The location is great, with lots of restaurants and the airport bus at walking distance. If you are coming to get surgery in Gangnam or just to stay in the area, stay here!
I went last year and forgot to leave a review. The service is impeccable and the rooms are so comfortable. The cleaning staff is so kind and the beds were perfectly made and tucked my stuffed animals in the bed
The aircon did not work. The engineer sent up did not come back even though it did not work. The front desk changed my room after I called again. The aircon did not work again in the middle of the night. Location not great difficult to move from one place to another. I have been to Seoul more than 50 times. This hotel is ranked very low
