Aloft South Jakarta

Our first time in Aloft Cilandak, we are glad that Marriot has this hotel in the area since our meeting location is very nearby from the hotel. The upgraded room was spacious, and really appreciate their steps towards less plastic waste with the glass water bottles and dispenser to refill my water bottles 💚 My feedback is about the breakfast- I have been looking to have salad didn’t even realize that the salad station was at the back of the wall, I knew it on my last day breakfast Really enjoy the billiards table at the lobby, great tools when I was waiting at the lobby but my husband really dislike the choices of the music - so please improve this! In general we enjoy our stays, the staffs were really helpful and friendly and locations are nearby to so many restaurant. So recommended!

Am thankful to Roy at the reception to help me the evening when I reached the hotel just to find out that my reservation was starting from the day after. Aloft was fully occupied and Roy was able to help me to arrange another hotel. Thanks to Roy. During my check out process Ditah helped me with seamless check out. Let me also thank Zeltah in the restaurant who always kept a smile on the face and served us with lot of affection. Thx to the Aloft team for your great service.

Room was OK. Beds are large and comfy, but the hot water in the shower doesn’t work well at night. During the day it’s fine. Staffs are super friendly. For rooms facing the main road, it might get quite noisy early in the morning even on high floors.
