nice place. convenient access to the hotel zone and roads that take you to cenotes. friendly service, indoor parking, nice room, rooftop bar was really nice at night, no problems. I noticed that some reviews had a lot of complaints about expensive laundry. As of July 2025, laundry is MX200 ( about US 10). this gets you 4 "tokens" and detergent. you need 2 tokens for a wash, 2 for a dry. but, it turns out that the tokens are just US quarters, so if you bring your own detergent and quarters you can do laundry for US1 per load. hope that helps someone.

Incredible stay! My only regret is that I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The room was perfect. The rooftop pool was incredible, staff friendly extremely welcoming, they even had a signature drink and a little dessert to welcome us in the room. I traveled with my dog and they were so kind to him as well! I had hoped to stay there on my way back through the area, but my plans changed and unfortunately could not😞Rafael and Monica at the front desk specifically were very helpful with recommendations too! Stay there!

Update- one of the refrigerators had a failure and melted plastic or tar on the floor. Management blamed it on me and charged me $350US cleaning fee. Rooms are nice, in good condition and very clean. Service is excellent in all departments, except management. The pools are nice, especially the rooftop and the gym is decent. The breakfast is good but lunch and dinner are just ok- shrimp tacos are better than ceviche and guacamole. Luckily there are many excellent restaurants nearby.
