Superb. Fantastic value, great food, attentive staff. Local fare cooked perfectly.
Yesterday we had lunch and dinner there, we were delighted. At noon we ordered croquettes and when he brought us the plate we were amazed, 12 croquettes and on top of that they were homemade, delicious. The waiter was very friendly, fast, and impeccable service. I recommend the lamb shoulder, it was spectacular. If we visit Segura de la Sierra again we already know where to go to eat because we liked it a lot. 100% recommended.
We entered the reserved apartment and, as we drew the curtains, five wasps fell in—four dead, one we killed ourselves. Another wasp was in the unreachable bathroom, so we weren't keen on staying. We asked to change rooms, and the property managers charged us 80 euros more. We don't think it was a good idea from a marketing perspective. The new apartment was fine, but the first one was fine for us too. The fridge is tiny, really, so there's not much room for anything if we like salads and fruit. The toaster doesn't really give us much room to toast anything. The best part is Laura, the person who helped us, who is so charming.
