Stayed there for the last 5 days and I have to admit that it was possibly the best value for money holidays I had in the last few years. Room: decent, clean, spacious, sea view, nothing more to ask. Services: friendly and helpful. Breakfast: everything you could ask. Beach: the hotel has direct access to the best beach of the island. In general, if you don’t want to leave the hotel, you have everything. PS, believing that there is always space for development, my only advice would be to work on the menu of the restaurant for dinner. Still for us the whole experience has been perfect, but if I could make a friendly recommendation on what has space for improvement is the dinner options.
The stay in this hotel ruined my vacation. At first I was very happy with what appeared to be a very nice hotel in a great location. The room was spacious and the bathroom but the bathtub was very small. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and the worst was the disgusting A/C unit that was very old, dirty and barely functioning. The safe did not work. The breakfast area was had an amazing view but no body sat outside because of wasps! Hundreds of them. The hotel staff would leave small plates of jam to attract them away supposedly or they would burn coffee in ashtrays as a repellent, but the smell was foul. The staff were not polite at all, either at the reception or at the restaurant. I hope I never stayed there!
The hotel lacks clear rules for children, especially when parents are unable or unwilling to manage them properly. It’s unacceptable that kids take over the pool playing ball games, making it impossible to enjoy a peaceful swim. Some are left screaming with no supervision, disturbing the rest of the guests. The staff is neither friendly nor hardworking. They're not even remotely "customer-oriented," the breakfast coffee is the same dirty water used to wash the room floors, and if you order an espresso, they charge you €3. On the other hand, they claim to be a family hotel, and people are smoking in the restaurant during breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with screaming children around. Rather than a 4-star hotel, it feels like a campsite. It's saved by its superb location. DIRTY PLACE
