It's truly hard to put into words how much we felt at home and above all pampered during our stay at the Alpeiner, which is sadly coming to an end. Beyond being a beautiful hotel, recently renovated with remarkable attention to detail (from the snacks and tea selection in the wellness area with five saunas and two relaxation zones, one with outdoor access, to the constant replenishment of towels both at the pool and sauna areas, and the lovely fresh flower arrangements placed throughout the hotel), what truly sets the Alpeiner apart is its people. The staff genuinely enjoy working there, and it shows. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and help you enjoy every moment of your holiday. A special thank you goes to Mrs. Petra Ceipek, the dining room manager: a woman of great elegance and professionalism, who welcomed us with passion and care, and who thoughtfully accommodated every dietary need of our daughter Grace. We are also deeply grateful to Mr. Thomas Fresser and the entire reception team, who assisted us many times with a smile and handled every request quickly and efficiently. A heartfelt mention also goes to the incredible Markus, whose positive energy is contagious, to Peter the masseur, to the entire dining staff, and to the housekeeping team, whose quiet yet essential work made every day pleasant and the hotel feel impeccably cared for. We truly enjoyed every corner of this hotel and can’t wait to return. Our room was 102, which has an amazing view. Thank you so much for everything!

Our stay at Alpeiner was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the entire team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. The service was impeccable, the atmosphere warm and relaxed, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. One of the many highlights was the included Stubai Super Card, which opened the door to an incredible range of activities in the stunning Stubai Valley — from cable cars to public transport and more. The proximity to the Stubai Glacier was perfect for nature lovers like us, and the Top of Tyrol viewing platform is simply breathtaking. We took full advantage of the recreational opportunities in the area — cycling, trail running, hiking, and alpine excursions — all within reach and surrounded by magnificent scenery. And after an active day, there’s no better place to relax than in the outdoor pool filled with pure glacier water — truly a 7-star wellness experience. A special thank you to Karol, who made every meal memorable. Always cheerful, helpful, and attentive, he added a personal touch to our dining experience, making both breakfast and dinner even more enjoyable.
