I went to this hotel with my two kids, husband, and cousin, and I am really surprised at how delightful it is. The views from the pools and rooms are fascinating. Customer service was excellent; many employees are always looking to help. The rooms were always cleaned in the morning; everything was nicely decorated and organized. I would recommend this hotel to many people looking for a ski trip or a relaxing vacation. Buses and trains are close to the hotel, making transport easy and stress-free.
Excellent spa area around 14-17:00 in February - whirlpool, outside pool and inside pool of various temperatires, super relaxing rest area, several saunas and a very warm welcome at reception.
The hotel is big and easily accessible. Rooms are cozy, with lots of space available. The SPA, free for the guest, has saunas, steam bath, pools and relaxing rooms. Breakfast is rich, with many choices among sweet and salted food, delicious the apricot homemade jam.
