Spent 4 days at Alpen Chalet to hike the region. Rooms are fantastic, especially the suites we stayed in. Huge and cosy balcony with top views over the forests & mountains, large bathrooms. We had excellent diner every night in their restaurant and their wine-list is impressive. Enjoying the jacuzzi & sauna after a day of hiking is a huge plus. Thanks a lot to the owners, who are super friendly & helpful.
Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Bedding was comfortable. Service was amazing. Food was awesome. Michela - owner/operator - was an incredible operator/server. Totally accommodating. Expresso drinks were top notch. Entire hotel was absolutely clean. Not a speck of dust anywhere. One of the most amazing stays that we have ever had. Amenities were well beyond what you would expect in a small hotel. Access to a Washer/Dryer was a nice touch.
We stayed here on the last night of a week long cycle trip. Our party unanimously agreed it was the best hotel all week. Food excellent, setting beautiful and fantastic beds. Thank you to Michela and all the staff for a great stay.
