Great hotel and fantastic service. Great place to go with kids. Great playroom, small slope just outside for sledding or training skis with small children. Food was great
Absolutely 10/10! Service, attention to detail..baby and children equipment was incredible! rooms and dinner were both amazing. Wagyu beef on Christmas Eve was the best meat any of us had ever eaten, ever! We booked a very spontaneous stay (from Switzerland) and ended up extending an extra night after spending only a few minutes in the bar upon arrival. Must be the best hotel location in Au (& around), right on the lift for endless children (& adult!) snow fun 🤩 We will for sure be back very soon!
We went there last weekend. we were tea time there. Unfortunately the kukies were not fresh. It was sacherkake. The service was good . Otel was clean and in the good location for families who have children .
