Alpen Resort & Spa

This hotel was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful, our room was great, the complimentary breakfast was amazing, and the location was perfect. The pool and spa areas were also amazing. My husband and I loved being able to do cold plunge showers and sauna sessions after our long day. And there’s also so many fun things for kids!! We really want to come back and bring our kids someday. Thank you so much Hotel Alpen! We loved our stay.

Our stay at Alpen Resort Zermatt was absolutely outstanding! From the moment we arrived, everything was very good,the rooms were extremely comfortable, the staff went above and beyond with their kindness and helpfulness. The resort has incredible facilities, the cigar lounge with its breathtaking view of the Matterhorn was a personal highlight, truly unforgettable. The pool and wellness areas are beautifully designed and of exceptional quality, and the children’s facilities were equally impressive, making it a wonderful stay for the whole family. We left already planning our next visit we’ll definitely be back!

This has everything you need from an hotel and is extremely good value. Our bedroom with a view of the Matterhorn was superb; spacious, comfortable, in perfect condition. Breakfast was excellent and included in the price. The spa was very very good and of a quality you would expect to find in a much more expensive hotel and my massage was very good. All in all an extremely good value hotel. I would highly recommend and would book again if ever visiting Zermatt in the future.
