Alpenglühn

This is a beautifully looked after apartment/hotel. The hosts Nicole & Klaus are wonderful people and looked after us very well. Gorgeous whole apartment overlooking the pool. Stunning location and the mountain ranges are close by including Königsee. There is a whirlpool & a sauna room. Lovely big shower room and a well equipped kitchen. You can also request breakfast from Nicole the day before. Wifi is excellent. 10/10 from us.

We were lucky enough to stay here for four nights in the middle of September 2024. Our views from our balcony were beautiful. We slept soundly thanks to the river flowing next to the road. The breakfast that we had one morning was just perfection. We left nice and full for our adventures! We even had laundry done here and the smell of my fresh clothes when we unpacked made me think of our wonderful time in Berchtesgaden. If we ever find ourselves here again we will stay in this location!

The motto of Ferienaparadies Alpenglühn is "come as a guest, come again as a friend" and they truly mean it. The owner/operator, Peter, and his staff are incredibly warm and welcoming and go above and beyond to ensure that their guests have a special holiday. My family and I (2 adults + 9 year old) stayed in the Hoher Göll apartment and we were perfectly comfortable. We especially loved our large balcony with full-sized dining table. The apartment finishes are all high quality and in good working order. The kitchen was well stocked with tools, dishes, etcetera. The entire property is immaculately clean and very well situated. We all enjoyed the heated outdoor pool, the hot tub, and the sauna. We loved the dinners onsite and felt comfortable with the COVID-19 considerations. We wish Peter and team all the best and look forward to joining them again in the future. We highly recommend this location. Thank you!
