Alpenhotel Kaiserfels

We’ve had an amazing time at the hotel, the staff members were extremely helpful, friendly especially Judith at the reception. She was always proffesional, helpful, gave us recomendations on sites to see, helped us anytime we needed something, and made all the paperwork including check-in/out a great experience. We are thankful to other staff members at the bar, restaurant and cleaners who made sure we had everything we needed. We recommend the hotel in all seasons due to it being close to hike trails and ski resorts.
